Born and raised in the Midwest Joshua Hayes has always had a knack for building unique flavor profiles with multiple cuisines. Joshua has cultivated his passion for food by traveling around the world learning from different cultures and his travels to the West coast learning the flavors and bounty the ocean has to offer.
Chef Joshua has used his education and experience to own a Private Chef and catering business, Distinctively Personal, and has won awards for restaurant’s he’s opened.
Chef Joshua is bringing his knowledge and experience to new levels with his creation of a flavorful menu for The Lodge’s restaurant which opened in December 2016.
